I'm writing this review from jail, and we only got one laptop per cellblock so I gotta be quick....This film is about a bunch of dirty scumbags, the cops, who can't seem to leave this swell bunch of guys alone and mind their own busness. There are also some fine noose tieing tricks, so I highly recommend this DVD.
